A copy of the bank transfer receipt must be attached to the
registration form. All charges due on bank transfers must be paid by the participant.
By bank draft: drafts and cheques must be issued in Euro,
payable to 1st CEMA Congress. A copy of the bank draft/cheque must be attached to the
registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be processed upon receipt of written notification. Currency exchanges are the responsibility of the registrant and the Congress Secretariat will accept no liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations. Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honoured until full payment is received. Refunds will be settled within one month of the congress, in order to facilitate necessary organisational and logistic procedures.
